Is your roof poorly maintained?

Not everyone thinks of getting their roof checked over on a regular basis. Probably the last place we want to be getting up on to, it’s highly dangerous as well and a very hostile environment.

But it must be checked over and maintained because if you get a leak then broadly speaking all the insurance company will do is a temporary repair on your roof and won’t fix up the damage inside until your roof has been professionally repaired and you have the proof ie a paid invoice from your repairer.

If your roof is in generally good condition then of course they will cover excessive weather events but reality is that most of us roofers are called in after the fact when the damage has been done when its all too late.
